Arbors Apartment Complex, Olathe, Kansas:
A large multi-family complex where Fleshman Construction covered the demolition of existing buildings, the foundations of fifteen buildings, utilities including water, and storm sewers, new roads, and parking lots, the construction of new pond, and overall site work.



Federal Building 8930, Kansas City, Missouri:
Miscellaneous repairs to the building including, demolition of tower, steps, and retaining wall, construction of new retaining wall and steps, asphalt repair, boring of electrical conduits, and installation of new storm boxes.



Milford Lake Wetland Habitat Restoration, Milford, Kansas:
A habitat restoration project that called for the construction of levies and large pumps to restore the area back to wetlands.



Deployment Facility, Fort Riley, Kansas:
A large government facility for the deployment of American soldiers. Fleshman Construction completed the work of foundations, utilities including water, sewer, and storm sewer, the construction of parking lots and overall site work.



Historical Government Building 403, Fort Riley, Kansas:
A nineteenth century military fort, renovated into a state of the art complex. Work on the building included demolition, utilities consisting of water, fire and storm, site work, and overall construction of the renovation process.



Soldier Barracks, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri:
Barracks constructed for the housing of new soldiers for the U.S. Army. Twenty units located at four different sites. Fleshman Construction completed the work of foundations, utilities, site work, and mandatory building construction.



Renovation of Barracks, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri:
Existing barracks for the army engineering units. Work consisted of site work, utility including fire, and storm, demolition, and the renovation of the interiors.



North Kansas City Levee Rehabilitation, North Kansas City, Missouri:
The levee along the Missouri river located in the North Kansas City area. Our work consisted of excavating pre-determined problem areas, and providing the solutions for those problems. Fleshman Construction excavated a total of ten different situations and resolved the problems correctly and in a timely manner.
