Robert Fleshman and his son Shane Fleshman began Fleshman Construction, Inc. in 1991 with the concept that quality of work and integrity would be the building blocks of their company. Son Kirk, joined the team in 2002, after graduating from MWU with a degree in Construction Engineering Technology. The three remain a "hands on" team and are personally involved in every project. Listening to the clients needs and incorporating "on site solutions" is the secret of developing our repeat cliental. Success is impossible without setting the highest professional standards.
